Introduction

We are about to venture into the position that needs someone that’s

smart, tough, disciplined and a team leader. Some of my secrets,

thoughts and drills that made me a productive player throughout my

career. Theses drills and thoughts are the ones that I share with the

players I have mentored and taught throughout my entire career. I

hope they will be of use to you as you go about developing the gifts

that God has given you.

Foundation

Teaching the game based on the process I will outline in this book, is

GOOD FOOTBALL! A runner should know what everyone on the field is

doing eventually. Individual period is used for fine tuning the different

aspects of the game.
